An AI receptionist answers restaurant calls, shares basic information, and routes special requests to staff.
An AI receptionist is a front-desk style phone helper for a restaurant. It can answer the phone with the restaurant name, give hours and address, take a pickup order, and pass along calls that need a manager.
In a real restaurant, this is useful when the host stand is slammed, the dining room is full, or the person on the phone is asking about parking, an allergy, or a birthday reservation. Example: a caller asks if the kitchen can leave out onions on a burger and wants a 6:30 table for four. The receptionist can capture that and send it to staff.
