Completed order
What is Completed order?
A completed order is a confirmed phone order that is sent to the kitchen for prep.
A completed order is a phone order that has been fully taken, confirmed with the caller, and sent to the kitchen screen. It is not just a caller asking about food. It becomes a real ticket the staff can make.
For example, a caller orders two pizzas, one salad, and a soda. The phone host confirms the items, name, ready time, and notes, then sends the ticket to the kitchen. At that point, the order is complete enough for the team to start preparing it.
This matters because restaurant owners want the phone to turn into actual business, not just conversation. Completed orders are also the basis for Pricing, since ROAL bills per completed phone order, not per call.
